Main Meal High Energy Serving

These are top quality dehydrated freeze-dried main meals in a high energy serving of 800 calories or more in a range of delicious menus:


1. Chicken Tikka With Rice     Chicken pieces with rice in a lightly spicy tikka curry masala sauce.


Product weight: 170g (dry food plus packet)

Gluten Free

Ingredients: Rice, Onions, Tomatoes, Chicken (9.6%), Cream, Vegetable Oil, Tikka Massala Curry Paste (vegetable oil, water, tomato paste, salt, coriander, turmeric, sugar, dried onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, desiccated coconut, maize starch, spices, acetic acid, dried coriander leaf, lactic acid), colour (paprika extract), Yoghurt, Cornflour, Garlic, Chilli.

Preparation: Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line 5 (440ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.


2. Beef and Potato Hotpot


Product weight: 178g (dry food plus packet)

Gluten Free, Diary Free

Ingredients: Diced potato (31%), onions, minced beef (9.4%), vegetable oil, brown lentils, carrots, swede, chicken stock, tomato puree, cornflour, sugar, chives, parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (350ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.


3. Meditterranean Vegetable Pasta


Product weight: 168g (dry food plus packet)

Ingredients: Pasta, milk, cream, sweetcorn, onion, green beans, bell pepper, brown lentils, vegetable oil, black olives, sugar, cornflour, garlic, Italian herbs mix (Oregano, Summer Savory, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram).

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to internal fill line 4 (275ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.


4. Chilli con Carne with Rice   Beef, red kidney beans and onions in a chilli tomato sauce with rice.


Product weight: 185g (dry food plus packet)

Ingredients: Rice, Tomatoes, Onions, Red Kidney Beans, Minced Beef (8.1%), Tomato Puree, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Chilli Con Carne with Rice.

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above internal fill line 5 (410ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
