Here you'll find pegs, footprints, groundsheets, drying lofts, guylines and general tent bits. Waterproofing agents can be found in their own section.
Footprints are like an extra goundsheet you can use to protect yours on rough ground or when you're not concerned about weight. They are especially useful for prolonging the lifetime of delicate superlightweight tents. If you have a Terra Nova, Crux or Lightwave tent, look under the manufacturer to find footprints and other accessories, but remember, if it's not there we might still be able to get it for you.
Our peg range runs from the very basic skewer type everyone is familiar with, to snow stakes for extreme conditions, to feather-light titanium models for mountain marathons and long-distance fell running. If it's just a simple peg you're after, try the 18cm Skewer from Hi-Gear. The Lightwave Lightning Pegs are lighter and much stronger, and very much recommended. For muddy ground or windy conditions, a v-shaped stake like those from Terra Nova or Hi-Gear are fully recommended, and they are surprisingly light. Guylines and stays can be found under Dalesman, Lightwave and Hi-Gear. You can also find peg-bashing mallets under the latter.
With extensive use, tent fabrics and fabric coatings can degrade, particularly in the case of lightweight groundsheeets. Therefore we recommend keeping your tent clean and treating it with the right solution as and when required.
