The Fenix HL18R is a headtorch designed for running, utilising a comfortable headband, multiple lighting levels, multiple battery options, battery level indicator, and a lighter weight body design.

The lighting options are split into two modes, spotlight and flood. Spotlight offers a 30, 70, and 130 Lumens with a Turbo 400L output. While Floodlight has a 4, 30, and 30L SOS output. This is powered with the included rechargeable ARB-LP-1300 Li-polymer battery pack, but can be substituted for 3 AAA batteries.
