11mm Static Rope or Abseiling Rope

The Edelrid Performance static is an 11mm rope that is perfect for SRT rope work in caving, setting up work positioning systems and also work restraint systems.

Edelrid has designed this 11mm static rope to be rated to EN 1891 while also featuring a 34kN breaking strength. It is part of the Edelrid Bluesign product range which ensures that the production process is as friendly to the environment as possible. The performance static rope also goes through the Edelrid Thermo Shield process. This is when the rope is heat treated to prevents the rope from shrinking, whist still remaining good levels of handling and still being nice and supple.
