Ultra-light multipurpose belay/rappel device

This multi-purpose belay/rappel device is lightweight and easy to use. The asymmetrical V-shaped grooved friction channels adapt the friction for better control using ARC (Adaptive Rope Control) technology. Designed for use in multi-pitch climbing, mountaineering and ice climbing the Reverso 3 is also good for sport climbing.

 

  • Ultra-light design at just 77g
  • Minimalist construction from hot-forged aluminum
  • A single device for all rope types including half (= 8 mm), single (= 8.9 mm) and twin (= 7.5 mm) ropes
  • V-shaped friction channels increase friction on thin ropes
  • Asymmetrically grooved sidewalls increase braking power during a leader or top rope fall or while rappelling
  • Rope friendly, facilitates belay and rope handling, will not kink the ropes regardless of the mode used
  • Intuitive to use, Reverso mode attachment point is easy to identify
  • Keeper cable keeps the device from moving up the rope when belaying and reduces chances of losing the device
