The Elia helmet has been designed and developed to respond specifically to the needs of women. The innovative headband system allows the helmet to be put on and removed easily and provides maximum comfort. The helmet also has a new headband adjustment mechanism, allowing the helmet to be precisely adjusted for different head shapes.

A circular loop of well known summits such as Tor y Foel and Pen y Fan, the Ultra course also takes you over Mynydd Llangynidr, past Dolygaer and Storey Arms, giving stunning views along the way - if you're lucky enough to be in condition to take the sights in.

December Staff Round Up

This December didn't see us out and about quite so much. It's our busiest time of the year, so it all hands to the deck and with most Annual Leave used up by now. However, we all still managed to fit something in, and the Christmas period gives us all a few days off where the shop is closed, meaning traditional Boxing Day / New Years Eve/Day walks/swims/runs/paddles are all fitted in.
