Simple snapgate, great for racking

The DMM Aero straight gate karabiner is simple and inexpensive. It has a strong solid gate and a clean nose design to reduce snagging of racked nuts. The solid gate also has a thumb groove to improve handling of the biner.

The Aero can be used for racking, as an everyday snapgate and also does very well at the bolt clipping end of a quickdraw, like on the Aero quickdraw.

  • Anti-snag shrouded nose design
  • Clean nose
  • Weight:47g
  • Major axis strength (gate closed): 24kN
  • Major axis strength: 9kN (gate open)
  • Minor axis strength: 8kN
  • Gate opening: 20mm
