Flysheet for Double Portaledge

The only answer if you are big walling in extreme conditions. Unlike any other fly on the market the Deluxe Fly is completely sealed. When putting it up you have to put the fly up first and then slide the portaledge into it through the door. With other fly’s they are sealed with a draw string underneath the ledge which means when the wind is blowing the wind and rain can come up through the ledge but not in this case. This makes it the only choice when big walling in areas like Patagonia or Baffin Island where you might encounter really extreme weather. Please note that we don’t always have these in stock, as they are very specialist. If we are out of stock please contact us for availability information.

  • Weighs 3.9kg
  • 210d micro ripstop
  • Taped seams and reinforcements on wall side
  • Sewn-in windows
  • Labeled RF welded clip-in point
  • Poles easily slide into the built-in guides for speedy set up
  • Awning with a moldable copper wire in the brim provides maximum ventilation

I did finally get there, just over 3 days later, setting what is, for now, a fastest known time for a self-supported completion of the trail.
