The Edelrid Raven is an impressive model with some innovative and clever design features for all those after maximum performance from their shoe.
 
Highly technical in nature, the Ravens are designed predominantly for boulderers and committed sport climbers – ideal for those hard redpoints. The asymmetric, extremely down-turned last allows unparalleled precision when standing on the smallest of edges.
 
Edelrid’s new Slide-Rail© system lets the Velcro straps be moved to get the perfect fit or completely removed so the Raven can also be used as a slipper. The heel fit is aggressive yet extremely secure due to Edelrid’s2-Tension heel system which, combined with the specifically designed “green” heel strap, means heel hooking feels secure in all applications.

They are very “toe-down” allowing you to grip holds and generate more force through them on steep routes - just like the Five Ten Arrowheads and Red Chili Matadors.

The Ravens offer everything you expect from a top quality shoe. Constructed from synthetic leather, which offers excellent shape and size retention and good quality Vibram © XS-Grip rubber offers great friction.
