Millet Grand Cret Jacket

Sale - RRP £250 now only £154.99!

Life without crinkles: The Grand Cret Jacket is created using a GORE-TEX® Orcan 2L fabric which combined with the soft feel but strong polyester face fabric gives it the ‘crinkle’ free effect, that’s still rugged enough to take on your mountain adventures.

This jacket is created by the alpine company Millet, Who are well known for their eye for detail and those all important features for outdoor adventure. It has a great cut to give you room through the shoulders. A double storm flap on the zip… keeping you water tight for longer. This is also currently our second longest jacket in our range only beaten by the Arc’teryx Theta AR.

Extra breathability – GORE-TEX® Orcan 2L is a very breathable fabric, but sometimes a little airflow can really make the difference. This jacket has pit zips under the arm to get that all important breath of fresh air ( ideal when the going gets tough), and a mesh lining that gives you that extra breathability between you and the GORE-TEX®. The mesh lining is also ideal if you want to wear a short sleeve top underneath so you don’t get that cold feeling against your skin.

Mixing it up – The Grand Cret Jacket also has a removable hood. We had a lot of customers requesting this on a jacket last year… So here it is! Make sure you come and check it out. It has some great features that make it perfectly functional with and without the hood. The zip is also covered when the hood is not in use making it ideal for the smarter outings.

The little things that make a difference

  • 4 pockets (2 hand warmer, 1 chest and 1 inner pocket). All the outside pockets have a storm flap over them. The inner pocket is also a descent size making it great for the bigger phones or GPS.

  • Wire peak on the hood that makes life so much easier when the wind and rain threaten to dampen your time in the wilderness.

  • Synch cord bottom that keeps the draughts out, making you warm and toasty when the wind blows cold.

As a brand the sizing is more of a European alpine fit, so most UK customers tend to need to go a size bigger. Definitely worth a try on.

Ideal Jacket for Dog walkers, Hikers, Ramblers, Travellers or even for Commuting and going to the pub.
