Lightweight, technical walking boot.

The Salewa Firetail Evo Mid GTX (what a mouthful - we’ll just call it the Firetail from now on shall we?) is a lightweight mid-height walking boot ideally suited for those that like to move quickly in the hills.

The Firetail uses a super sticky Vibram® sole unit to provide excellent grip on loose surfaces, while the innovative 3F steel cable system provides excellent ankle support without limiting your freedom of movement.

In order to allow the wearer to create a custom fit, the lacing system continues right to the toes of the boot. Combined with the multi-fit foot-bed, the fit of this boot can be finely adjusted and tweaked to suit different foot shapes and activities.

By ustilising GoreTex® in the Firetail, Salewa can guarantee the boot is completely waterproof, whilst remaining breathable.

On top of all these great performance-enhancing features, we think the Firetail looks absolutely fantastic- modern, fresh and clean.
