16.4L super ultra runners hydration vest

The Ultimate Direction Adventure Vest 4.0 is designed for those that like to go big, for seriously long distance un-supported runs and cold weather mountain running and ultra events that demand extra in terms of kit. Perhaps you're going to need crampons, an ice axe and plenty of warm clothing, plus lots of high energy food - if so this is the pack for you. For the serious end of ultra-running where tracking your run for secure FKT attempts across a whole mountain range there is a personal locator beacon pocket. As with all of the V4 signature range the soft 4-way stretch fabric moves with you instead of against you and the new Comfort Cinch dials in the fit laterally and helps achieve perfect stability no matter how empty or full the pack is and can be adjusted whilst on the move. Fit is further improved due to the ability to position both chest straps exactly where you need them on a sliding rail system.
All the other features are designed for easy access to kit on the move including poles as well as food, water and clothing through a multitude of well organized and positioned pockets. Compared to the Ultra Vest side pockets add more capacity thats easy to reach as well.
The Adventure Vest 4.0 ncludes 1 x UD soft Body Bottle 500 bottle and can carry an extra bottle (not included) and a 2 litre bladder as well for really hot weather runs or if you prefer a bladder system (bladder is not included).

Rob Smith - Offa's Dyke In One Sitting - A new unsupported FKT

I set out from the official start (or end) of the Offa’s Dyke National Trail in Prestatyn with the intention of running (jogging, hiking and a lot of hobbling) – the 177 miles to the other end of the trail at Sedbury Cliffs, just outside Chepstow. I did finally get there, just over 3 days later, setting what is, for now, a fastest known time for a self-supported completion of the trail.
