Arcteryx Motus Crew long sleeve Base layer, is ideal for you energectic ladies. It's great for airobic, fast pace activities such as trail running, biking, sport climbing and hiking.

It dries quick enough to keep you warm when you stop and wicks fast enough to keep you cooler while you push yourself.

The fit is really nice, a little tighter than they specify on the Arc'teryx sight but necessary fot the performance. With a crew neck it's ideal as an under top, and is long enough to tuck into trousers or comfortable wear with tights giving it the diversity to be a stand alone base layer.
