Women's Waterproof Running Jacket

The Ultimate Direction Women's Ultra Jacket is a lightweight waterproof jacket that is designed for female runners, mountain marathons and ultra's. At only 153g this jacket works both for every day runs, but also packs small enough and weighs little enough for the most arduous of ultras. The fabric is comfortable against the skin with very good levels of hydrostatic head and breathability for such a light fabric. The full length zip and excellent fitting fully adjustable peaked hood mean that the jacket is easy to done and  keeps the worst conditions at bay even when travelling at pace. Clever features such as the tunnel effect airflow vented hood and under arm vents that don't interfere with rucksacks and hydration vests means that you get increased levels of comfort in the field. The fold away incorporated mitts provide nice added extra protection for when it gets really grim.

  • 153g
  • 48gsm 20D HexNylon Fastbreath Ultra™ waterproof/breathable fabric (exceeds the standards required by the Ultra Tour du Mont Blanc)
  • Fully-taped seams
  • Internal chest pocket holds and protects iPhone 6 and features a headphone port
  • Underarm vents provide ventilation and cooling while wearing a hydration vest
  • Ergonomic shoulder construction enhances range of motion
  • Self-bound seams provide superior durability

  • Patent-Pending FlipMitts™ - self storing mitts provide waterproof warmth
