Crux AK57-X RT

The Crux 3G AK57 RT takes the classic AK57 and gives it a fully waterproof body using welded seams and Kevlar/Cordura fabric and a roll-top closure. The floating (extendable extra 5 litres capacity/removable) lid allows extra space to put ropes etc when quick access may be necessary or your kit is so frozen stiff that it won't go back in your pack.

This rucksack is at home on higher altitude expeditions when you may need to carry a little more than what the AK47 can offer but still with an incredible lightweight design.

With side and top compression straps, the AK57-X RT can pack down remarkably small. It also has oversized back haul loops for when its overfilled.

  • 1250 g
  • Removable floating lid – for more versatile load options
  • External and internal lid pockets with welded seams for water-resistance
  • Roll-top closure system for a completely waterproof main compartment
  • Oversized back haul loop – easy to grab and clip
  • Top compression strap
  • Side compression straps – quick and easy to fit or remove
  • 40 mm webbing waistbelt with low-profile full-sized hip-fins
  • Two ice-axe holders
  • Stretch wand pockets
  • Welded construction throughout
