Petzl Kab- rope bag for climbers

Perfect for a day at the crag! Stop that old school technique of wrapping the rope round your body countless times, and dragging it up the rock- simply pop it in this bag, strap it round your shoulder and you're off! The Kab is a large volume bag so can fit easily fit conventional length ropes (over 100m + climbing gear). Can be carried bandolier style (over the shoulder), as it has an integrated belt strap to evenly distribute the weight.

Integrated trapezodial tarp (funky shape tarp), provides ample space (140cm) for your rope to lie on the ground at the crag and not get dirty... And when you want to move around at the crag, simply drag it across the floor, or pick up the tarp and put it into the original bag. Easy! The tarp has two attached loops to make sure you don't lose the end of the rope. Designed with pockets and equipment loops inside the bag make it very practical. Also zip pocket on outside (for topo's or sweets- depends on your priorities) and adjustable hook closure system.

  • 140 x 140 x 50 cm tarp space
  • Weight: 1250 g
  • Material(s): polyester fabric and straps, aluminum buckles
