Family Open Canoe or Canoe 16 ft

The Venture Ranger 16 is an open canoe that is perfect for exploring your local river or canal. The Ranger 16 is a great canoe for family use due to the 450kg carrying capacity.

Venture Canoes has designed the Ranger 16 to be a highly versatile option. The Ranger 16 features a Corelite construction which offers good levels of durability, stiffness and performance. This plastic canoe features a long waterline, combined with some rocker. It also incorporates a side to side flat hull that offers great levels of stability.

The Ranger 16 has a standard outfitting that comprises a set of vinyl gunwales, plastic end decks that include moulded in carry handles and a pair of seats. The outfitting also features central ash carrying yoke.

January Staff Newsletter

January saw us starting to get into the swing of things again. A little snow saw many of the team in the Beacons, as well as further afield with trips to the Peak District, Cheddar Gorge and Pembrokeshire all squeezed in. New Years day allowed few of us to get out (even if the weather wasn't great in South Wales) but a number were in still Snowdonia and elsewhere where it was a little nicer.
