D Shaped Carabiner or Steel D Carabiner

The DMM 10mm Equal D carabiner is the perfect balance between strength, being easy to use and also physical weight for having to carry it around while on the job.

DMM has designed this d shaped carabiner to feature a 10mm bar construction. This is still manufactured with the same cold forging process along with the hear treatment for added strength. It is available with a choice of 3 gate closure systems, you can choose between a traditional screwgate, a 2 way kwiklock or a 3 way locksafe. Which ever you opt for, they sill give you a 15mm gate opening for loading things into the carabiner. The entire carabiner is then zinc plated, this helps to prevent and protect against corrosion.

January Staff Newsletter

January saw us starting to get into the swing of things again. A little snow saw many of the team in the Beacons, as well as further afield with trips to the Peak District, Cheddar Gorge and Pembrokeshire all squeezed in. New Years day allowed few of us to get out (even if the weather wasn't great in South Wales) but a number were in still Snowdonia and elsewhere where it was a little nicer.
