Semi Dry Kayak Top or Kayaking Cagoule

The Peak UK Semi Long is a great entry level kayaking cagoule for those exploring out onto the white water rivers. This will give good levels of protection, whilst keeping your warm and comfortable.

Peak UK has designed the Semi Long as a basic entry level semi dry kayak top. This semi dry kayak cag features a two layer construction which is fully waterproof, it also has basic levels of breathability. The kayaking cag itself features a fully articulated cut to give good levels of freedom for unrestricted movement. The semi long has a neoprene cone neck, while this keeps the majority of the water out, it also offers great levels of comfort. The wrist seals are a double affair, there are latex cones on the inside and this is then protected by a neoprene outer cone. The waist seal is basic but effective, it is a double system so you can create a seal with your kayak spray deck. On the outer layer there is then a Velcro adjustment which helps to keep it snug and secure.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.

January Staff Newsletter

January saw us starting to get into the swing of things again. A little snow saw many of the team in the Beacons, as well as further afield with trips to the Peak District, Cheddar Gorge and Pembrokeshire all squeezed in. New Years day allowed few of us to get out (even if the weather wasn't great in South Wales) but a number were in still Snowdonia and elsewhere where it was a little nicer.
