Kayak Fishing Drysuit or Front Entry Drysuit

The Typhoon Max B is a front entry drysuit that features a tough and durable construction, while still offering great levels of comfort. This is ideal for sit on top kayak fishing and will keep you warm and dry even in the coldest of conditions.

Typhoon has designed the Max B as their top of the range front entry drysuit. This suit features a 4 layer fabric which gives great durability and also breathability. Easily accessed through the front entry zip, this has a double zipped system. The main zip which keeps the water out is protected by an outer layer of fabric which is then closed with a second zip. The zip runs from the right hand shoulder through to the left hand waist. The neck seal and also the wrist seals are both made of glide skin neoprene and this offers enhanced levels of comfort when used in salt water. The feet are then protected by a full fabric sock. The Glide skin neoprene neck seal then features a large high collar that is also lined with a fine fleece while the wrists seal are protected by an adjustable outer cuff. The arms and legs are all fully articulated for great freedom and unrestricted movement. Internally within the drysuit there is a set of braces, these are great for supporting the trousers and keeping them in the correct position.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.

January Staff Newsletter

January saw us starting to get into the swing of things again. A little snow saw many of the team in the Beacons, as well as further afield with trips to the Peak District, Cheddar Gorge and Pembrokeshire all squeezed in. New Years day allowed few of us to get out (even if the weather wasn't great in South Wales) but a number were in still Snowdonia and elsewhere where it was a little nicer.
