Kayak Throw Bag or Water Rescue

The HF Weasel is a small compact throw bag that is ideal for water rescue. It features an 18m length of 7.5mm polypropylene floating rope. It is also designed to work in conjunction with the HF Equipment Swifty Belt for waist mounting.

HF Equipment has manufactured the weasel throw bag from a tough durable nylon. The top of the bag has a wide opening neck that makes it easy to repack after deployment. A press popper then secures this. At the base of the bag there is a large handle. The rope being fed through a short length of clear tubing achieves this. On the rear of the bag there is then a small fabric tape loop. This makes it ideal for rafting as it can then be mounted on the HF Swifty Belt for carrying on the waist.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
