Whitewater Kayak for Classic Riverplay

The Pyranha Loki is designed to revive the classic moves that we learned when we played the river the first time. Stepping away from the trend of short, stubby  If you want smooth linked cartwheels, a smile on every eddyline and enjoy serious vertical time then this is the boat for you.

The Loki is loose and fast on the river and ocean waves. Vertical moves are more controlled and impressive than in a short boat. The Loki is a great downriver play boat, its extra length means more speed, making eddies and must make ferry glides easier and more controlled. The low volume bow and stern make pivoting and squirting on eddylines easy, as well as allowing for simple initiation of vertical moves. A smooth rocker profile allows for sweet surfing sessions, and the low deck profile makes rolling super-simple!

The Stout outfitting provides a more ergonomically designed seat pan with 3-way adjustment for a bombproof set-up.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
