Canadian Canoe Seat

The Old Town Canoe Snap In Seat is a very easy way of adding an extra seat to your Old Town Discovery 158 or Discovery 169.

This will fit the majority of Old Town Canoes and is very easy to fit as it simply clicks into place over the vinyl gunwhales. It is perfect for two small children or a single adult. It is ideal for carrying up to 136Kg. But please bear in mind what the total carrying capacity is of your canoe!

If you are looking for a more permanent option it maybe worth having a look at the Endless River Web seat, this is available in 3 different widths. You can then fit the Web Seat with the addtion of the Endless River Seat Bolt Kit. However you could also use the Endless River Seat Brace Kit.

  • Made of Sturdy ABS Plastic.
  • Ideal for support upto 136Kg.
  • Easy To fit and Remove.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
