Carbon Fibre Kayak Paddle or Bent Shaft Sea Kayak Paddle

The Werner Little Dipper carbon crank is a bent shaft sea kayak paddle that features a split paddle joint that enables the user to change the leading hand and also alter the angle of feather.

has designed the little dipper for sea kayakers who rather the low angle paddling technique. This then features a full carbon construction. The blades are multi-layer but they get thicker towards the end. The cranked kayak paddle shaft is also made from a full carbon construction, however this also features an adjustable kayak paddle joint. This enables the user to change the leading hand from one to another. It also has the ability to change the angle of feather from 0 degrees through to 60 degrees at 15 degree increments. In order to prevent the water from running down the shaft onto your hands and dripping into the kayak, it has also been fitted with kayak drip guards.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
