Kayak Fishing Anchor System

The Sealect Designs Camcleat is perfect for assisting the lowering and also the raising of a kayak anchor as it gives you the option to take a break without it droping right the way back to the bottom of the sea or lake.

The Camcleat Midi is ideal for using with cord between 3mm and 6mm.

For technical information on this unit with regards to the sizing of it please see the features section below.

Sealect Designs have made this camcleat from a tough hard wearing injection moulded nylon. It is also perfect for use in a fishing sit on top kayak anchor system. However you may also want to look at a few other bits to go with it. One of the most popular parts of the kayak anchor system set up here at Up and Under is the Sealect Designs Anchor Trolley. When it comes to raising your anchor you will need to look at a good length of either 5mm or 6mm Beal Accessory cord.

  • Injection Moulded Nylon Construction.
  • Minimum Size cord is 3mm.
  • Maximum size cord is 6mm.
  • --------------------
  • Technical Data for Sizing:-
  • A - 2-7/8"
  • B - 2-1/8"
  • C - 3/4"

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
