Sit On Top Kayak Scupper Plugs or Wilderness Systems Scupper Plugs

The Wilderness Systems scupper plugs come supplied as a packet of six and are the perfect option for blocking up the scupper drains on kayaks such as the Tarpon 100. The addition of kayak scupper bungs will give a nice dry ride on flat water.

Wilderness Systems and Palm has designed these kayak scupper bungs to specifically fit models such as the Tarpon 100, 120 and also the Tandem Sit on Top Kayak known as the Tarpon 130. They simply push into the scupper drains and the rubber material will then grip the kayak. This will result in keeping the water from coming up through the hull, resulting in a dry ride. These kayak scupper bungs also come supplied with rope lanyards which is perfect for securing to the kayak. This will then prevent you from dropping them when inserting or removing them.

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.
