Sit On Top Kayak for Rivers or Fast Touring Sit On Top Kayak

The Tootega Prophecy 135 is a fast touring sit on top kayak that is ideal for exploring your local coastline. Due to the large amounts of storage space, its also ideal for kayak camping trips.

Tootega has designed the prophecy 135 to be a great sit on top kayak for rivers where you want to cover good distances, due to the length it will do this easily. It has a number of areas for the storage of kayaking gear and camping gear. There is a large front hatch, a smaller central hatch, a smaller hatch just behind the seat and then there is a large rear tank well that's ideal for storing a kayak dry bag. The cockpit area of this sit on kayak is well thought out also, it features a set of adjustable kayak foot rests for the best levels of support and also a small storage hatch. The storage hatch is located just between the knees so it is easy to reach even when paddling. The moulded in seat pan offers plenty of comfort and support, however this can be enhanced with the addition of a padded kayak seat

February Staff Newsletter

February was a busy month in the shop. As well as a number of reps coming to see us, and a number of visits to make, we also attended the Run, Walk, Crawl Brecon to Cardiff Ultra, and hosted a climbing shoe demo with Tenaya at local bouldering wall Spot Climbing. We still managed to get out, and members of Team Up and Under could be found in many parts of the UK; including in the Brecon Beacons, the Lakes, South Downs, Scotland, as well as further afield in Chamonix and George L still in Thailand.

January Staff Newsletter

January saw us starting to get into the swing of things again. A little snow saw many of the team in the Beacons, as well as further afield with trips to the Peak District, Cheddar Gorge and Pembrokeshire all squeezed in. New Years day allowed few of us to get out (even if the weather wasn't great in South Wales) but a number were in still Snowdonia and elsewhere where it was a little nicer.
