Most
caving involves a great degree of crawling over rubble and stone
floors so protecting knees and elbows is very important. Warmbac supply
us with almost indestrutable Warmtex knee and elbow pads and less
expensive neoprene pads for occasional caving. Also useful if you are
doing a bit of carpet fitting, or in the garden.
