The Black Diamond Flex Tips are replacements for Black Diamond's general trekking poles such as the Trekking Pole and the Compactor Pole. NOT compatible with the interchangeable Z-Pole Carbide Tips and Z-Pole Rubber Tips.

97mm long (including the tungsten tip) and 11mm internal diameter at the top (they are called long because the originals were shorter but these are no longer made).

Friction fit - knock the broken tip off by sliding a hammer smartly down the shaft then fit the new tip and tap it sharply on a piece of wood on a firm surface to seat it.
