The Boreal Silex Lace has long been established as the go-to route climbing shoe, and the latest updates ensure it maintains this status. The Boreal Silex has a premium quality, split leather upper that features a secure speed lace closure. This clever lace system extends all the way to the toe to help accommodate for a wide variety of different foot shapes. This shoe also incorporates a stiff midsole with concaved forefoot, which further enhances support and places the toes into a more powerful position.

The sole unit features a large section of our recycled Eco rubber, while sticky Zenith Quattro is used in the climbing zones at forefoot and heel.
Silex is the perfect choice for those looking to step up their route climbing performance, without sacrificing all-day comfort.
