The Dagger Katana Action is a highly versatile crossover kayak that's available in two different sizes. There is a Katana 9.7 for the smaller paddlers, and the Katana 10.4 that's suitable for larger paddlers. This hybrid kayak features a versatile design that's suitable for most forms of kayaking, whether you're exploring a canal, bouncing down your local river of cruising around a lake. The Katana Action has a large, easy-access cockpit, a padded seat and adjustable backrest which provides comfort and support, further support and safety is achieved by the addition of the bulkhead footrest. The rear of the kayak features a retractable skeg for enhanced directional stability. It also incorporates a foam bulkhead and a rear storage hatch. This gives a great area for storage of essential items for your day’s adventures.

Dagger have designed the Katana Action to feature a tough and robust polyethylene shell which offers good levels of durability. As a crossover kayak that is designed for newcomers to kayaking, the two most key features are the large easy access cockpit and the retractable Skeg. The retractable skeg will enhance the directional stability and keep you in a straight line whilst out on your adventures. The large easy access cockpit makes it easy to get in and out. The cockpit area is fitted with an ergonomic seat for comfort. It features a large seat pad for additional comfort whilst support is achieved by, the addition of the adjustable backrest. Further support is gained from the bulkhead footrest which also offers additional safety if you’re kayaking on whitewater. The padded thigh braces also offer further comfort and control and improve your contact with the kayak to make it more agile and controllable. The rear of the katana action also includes a foam bulkhead and a rear storage hatch. This is perfect for keeping all of your equipment secure whilst out on your kayaking adventures.
