The Five Ten Kirigami is a great choice for beginners or advanced climbers looking for a more comfortable shoe this has just the right features, and pulls them off really well. We were unsure when Adidas had taken over Five Ten, but they've really surprised us with the Kirigami. We reckon it's the best beginner climbing shoe if the fit's right.

The lining really adds to the comfort of the shoe, softly breaking in new climbers, yet allowing those with stronger feet to size down for a more precise fit. The toe box is a neutral shape, working well for those with wide feet or Mortens toe. The heel has more tension than some other beginner shoes, but we feel it's just enough to help with the fit.

Utilising the Stealth C4 rubber, you can really feel them grip. The rubber also extends over the toe, allowing you to start playing with more advanced techniques with a bit more confidence.
