As the name suggests, you’ll find no edges on these shoes, giving you unparalleled sensitivity, between your toes and the rock. This hyper sensitivity is due to your toes being closer to the hold, allowing you to use them more effectively. This in turn, contrary to what the name might suggest, makes this shoe an edging machine. Using the same slip last as the Testarossa, teamed with an asymmetrical lacing system, these shoes should fit most types of feet, and using La Sportiva’s P3 midsole the shoes will perform equally as well over everything from blank gritstone slabs of the Peak District to the limestone roof and tufas of sunny Spain.
