The Roanoke features a split neoprene and nylon construction, the deck panel is made of 3mm neoprene and it features 9.5mm shock cord edge for a secure fit. The waist tube has a 3 layer construction, as well as a large neoprene band with Velcro adjustment around the top to create a good seal.
