The 800-fill power goose down means warmth at a low weight and a small pack size, neatly tucking into its interior pocket to save you carrying an extra bag around for it. Nylon-bound elastic will help to hold the vest around the shoulders, and the hem can also be cinched in, so the warmth doesn't escape.
