About the Author:
Jo Moseley discovered stand-up paddleboarding at 51 and has since become a leading voice in the UK SUP community. A self-described "joy encourager, midlife adventurer, and beach cleaner," she made history in 2019 as the first woman to paddleboard coast to coast, raising funds for environmental causes. She is also the host of The Joy of SUP – The Paddleboarding Sunshine Podcast and a sought-after speaker, inspiring more women to take up the sport. Her journey is captured in the award-winning film Brave Enough – A Journey Home to Joy, and she has been featured in major publications as well as at the Royal Geographical Society and Women’s Institute events.
