The Werner Kalliste 2 Piece Straight Shaft is a carbon fibre sea kayaking paddle that's suited to those with a low angled paddling technique. The paddle blades are a medium size and feature a foam core, which makes them light and buoyant in the water. The shaft has a highly adjustable centre joint which allows you to alter the feather, as well as the lead paddling hand. It's also fitting with drop guards, which help to prevent any cold water running down the shaft and onto your hands.

The Werner Kalliste 2 Piece Straight Shaft is a low angle kayak paddle that features medium sized blades and a full carbon composite foam core construction. This carbon sea kayak paddle is great for long deep water trips.

Werner has designed the Kalliste as a low angle kayak paddle that features long slender blades. The paddle blades are made of carbon and this then sandwiches a foam core. This makes them very light and buoyant in the water. They are then mounted onto a two piece carbon paddle shaft. The shaft then incorporates a kayak paddle joint which enables the user to change the leading hand from right to left. You can also then trim the angle of feather to suit the prevailing wind conditions. The angle of feather can be changed at 15 degree increments from 0 degrees through o 60 degrees.
