The Zone3 Swim Safety Buoy / Dry Bag comes with an adjustable belt designed to secure around the swimmer's waist, and the leash ensures the buoy stays out of stroke range during swimming. With internal dimensions of 50cm x 35cm and a 28-litre capacity, there's ample space for all your gear.
