Jag Traxion

At 85g, the Petzl Micro Traxion pulley is perfect to keep on your harness for emergency use. Originally designed for crevasse rescue in assisted and z hoists we also feel that it is light enough that it could live on the back of your harness year round for general climbing rescue being much more efficient and smoother to use than a prussik loop.

The Beal Commande bag is designed to hold small ropes and cords so has a small capacity. Made of resistant PVC, its bottom mesh helps gear dry. It also has an eyelet for attachment and a shoulder strap for carrying it.

The Beal Flat Link has been designed to go with the Hold Up harness and is a fully rated karabiner, making it ideal for full body harnesses. The flat surfaces ensure an even load distribution on webbing.

The Jag is a double rope pulley used to reduce friction in the system making hauling more efficient. It can be paired with other pulleys to provide mechanical advantage, or with the Jag Traxion to create a progress capture 4:1 system.

The Petzl Twin Release is a releasable double progress capture pulley for haul systems. It is designed to set up 4:1 haul systems for work in confined spaces or for technical rescue. Releasing the cam is possible with the ergonomic handle. The brake integrated into the moving side plate and the main faceted sheave with single-direction rotation, offer additional braking and better control when lowering heavy loads. The two sheaves provide excellent hauling efficiency. The swivel facilitates operations, allowing the pulley to be oriented under load and direct connection of carabiners, ropes, or slings.
