The Rab Women's Valiance Jacket will keep you warm and dry however wild the weather gets, whether that's in the cold winter months or on the everyday commute. Built with durable and waterproof Pertex, the Valiance offers reliable protection beneath the darkest skies. The narrow bonded box-wall construction stabilises the down and allows it to fully loft, trapping the maximum amount of air for warmth. For added durability, lower bulk, and better moisture management, the cuffs and hood are insulated with fast drying, synthetic Stratus insulation.

When the cuffs are cinched in with the hook and loop tabs, the synthetic insulation keeps performing. With a longer length at the back and regular fit for throwing on over other layers, the Valiance gives a reassuring, protective feel for striding out on wild winter days.

Thoughtful features like adjustable wrists, hood, and waist help seal out the elements, and the longer cut keeps your bum covered when the wind picks up. It’s comfy, warm, and reliable — perfect for those early walks when the weather can't make up its mind.
Only downside? You can't shed layers like you could with a separate down and shell combo, so it may run warm on tougher hikes.
