Standard Yoke

The Silverbirch Canoes Standard Yoke is an integral part of an open canoe. This is one of many canoe spare parts we keep here in stock; to keep your Canadian Canoe out on the water. The open canoe yoke is available in a single size of 39" wide. This will fit the majority of open canoes as well their own boats; the Broadland 15 and 16. 

Silverbirch Canoes designed this open canoe yoke to incorporate an ash construction. This means it will blend with the other wooden canoe parts in your boat. This canoe part is supplied uncut and undrilled; this ensures you can cut it to the length you require and then fix it yourself in the correct position.

When cutting an open canoe yoke to size, it's well worth remembering to shorten it equally from each end. This will then ensure it sits correctly in your chosen open canoe.
