The Valley skeg slider button, a small button that is located on the side of the kayak to assist with deploying and retracting the kayak skeg. There are two variants of this and they both secure to the skeg slider tube.

The Valley Skeg slider button features as part of the skeg slider mechanism. Located on the side of the kayak it secures to the skeg slider tube. This is the small button that is pushed or pulled along to assist with deploying or retracting the kayak skeg into and out of the back of the kayak.  This kayak skeg part is available in two style options, the oval or the mushroom. Please check your existing kayak to see what you need!

Note that they come pre-drilled with a 5mm hole which fits over the stainless steel slider tube but should you want to use the composite slider then you will need to increase the size of the hole to 6mm.
