Welcome to the watersports section of our website. Up and Under has been supplying watersports equipment since the business opened in 1977. We have a massive amount of knowledge and experience. We are also the largest Canoe and Kayak Store in South Wales and are only 10 minutes drive from, The Cardiff International White Water Centre. (CIWW) If you want to get wet, we will help you get on the water!

Pyranha
Scorch X Stout 2
The Pyranha Scorch X Stout 2 is a single sized river running kayak that is suitable for paddlers between 70 to 115kg. Whilst this is described as a river running kayak, it takes some of its heritage from the ever-popular Pyranha Scorch Series. However, the Scorch X is a longer boat than many. So, while it is great for river running it really is great on big bouncy water where you want to skip down the river and not really stop and play, this boat is designed to be fast! The Scorch X also incorporates the Stout 2 kayak outfitting which offers great levels of comfort and safety whilst also delivering the highest levels of performance. The cockpit is easy to get in and out, the padded seat offers comfort. Whilst the adjustable backrest and bulkhead footrest offer lots of support for a good posture in the kayak.

The Peak PS Explorer Deck, a high performance neoprene spraydeck that is ideal for the toughest and most demanding sea kayaking conditions. This sea kayak spraydeck is available in three sizes for a near perfect fit. The Peak Explorer Deck features a full neoprene construction, which includes both the deck and also the waist tube. All the seams are then blind stitched and latex sealed. The deck features a tough and durable 4mm tough faced neoprene construction. It also incorporates a reinforced print on the top for added protection. Whilst the edge of the spraydeck is fitted with a 10mm shockcord for a snug secure fit. The underside of the deck also has a grippy silicone print, this enhances the grip to the kayak even further.

The Valley Kayak Nordkapp RM is undoubtedly one of the most influential sea kayaks ever produced, the original being designed specifically fort the 1975 Norwegian coast expedition, to the northern most point in Scandinavia.
