Welcome to the watersports section of our website. Up and Under has been supplying watersports equipment since the business opened in 1977. We have a massive amount of knowledge and experience. We are also the largest Canoe and Kayak Store in South Wales and are only 10 minutes drive from, The Cardiff International White Water Centre. (CIWW) If you want to get wet, we will help you get on the water!

Badger Alloy Footrests
The Badger alloy footrest, a great option for canoe polo kayaks. They are easily fitted to the boat, simply by drilling two holes in the kayak and bolting through the boat into the slider bars. To adjust the footrest you pull the outside edge of the pedal towards you and then slide the joint up or down the adjustment bar.

Asymmetric Touring Paddle Two-Piece
The TNP Asymmetric is a 2 piece split kayak paddle that's perfect for using with sit-on-top kayaks and inflatable kayaks. This then incorporates a polypropylene multi-impact foam liner to enhance the levels of protection. The Palm AP4000 Helmet is an entry-level Watersports helmet that's ideal for sit on top kayaking, canoeing, kayaking and coasteering. It is equally as well suited to the individual as it is to the outdoor activity centre. This watersports helmet comes in two different sizes. It's made from a tough, durable high impact injection moulded polypropylene, it also incorporates an easy to adjust inner cradle. Additionally, the helmet has a foam liner for added protection. The AP4000 has a side cut design that rises over the ears, whilst the top of the helmet has drainage holes to prevent a build-up of water.
