Welcome to the watersports section of our website. Up and Under has been supplying watersports equipment since the business opened in 1977. We have a massive amount of knowledge and experience. We are also the largest Canoe and Kayak Store in South Wales and are only 10 minutes drive from, The Cardiff International White Water Centre. (CIWW) If you want to get wet, we will help you get on the water!

The Palm Extrem PFD is a high performance buoyancy aid for whitewater kayaking, designed to provide the highest levels of safety and performance. The Extrem features a front opening design that's easy to get on and off. This is secured by four main buckles and a chest harness system.
